How buying works
For now, every Simply E purchase completes securely on Etsy. Here's what that means for you.
What happens when you click “Buy on Etsy”
Etsy opens in a new tab on the listing for that design, in the ItsSimplyEDesign shop (opens in a new tab). You choose your size (and add any personalisation), then check out with Etsy as normal.
Paying
Etsy accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Klarna and Etsy gift cards. Etsy handles payment, so Simply E never sees your card details, and eligible orders are covered by Etsy's Purchase Protection.
Delivery and personalised orders
- Free UK delivery on prints. A5 and A4 prints are posted flat in a cellophane wallet inside a hardback envelope. A3 prints are rolled and posted in a tube.
- Cards are £1 UK postage, sent Royal Mail 2nd class in a hardback envelope and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Printable downloads are a high-resolution A3 file, available to download as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing is posted.
- Personalised prints are proofed first: Eilidh emails a proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Changing your mind
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase (Etsy shop policy, last updated February 2021). Returns and exchanges aren't accepted on Etsy, but please get in touch if there's a problem with your order.
